How We Support
Podcasts for Everyday Emotional Support
Nanapond Association creates podcasts that offer calm reflections and encouragement to help listeners release fear, regain clarity, and find inner strength in daily life. Some episodes are released as short series, such as 7 Days to Release Fear.
Practical Online Marriage Restoration Course
Nanapond Association offers a free online marriage and relationship restoration course designed for couples experiencing challenges in their relationship including emotional distance, communication difficulties, loss of intimacy,or newly married couples struggling to adjust to life together.
Weekly Safe Space
Weekly Safe Space (Community Circle)is a weekly group video call that offers a safe, respectful space for sharing, open conversation, questions, and real-life experiences. The sessions are facilitated by two experienced listeners who help guide the conversation and maintain a non-judgmental, supportive environment where everyone can be themselves.
